The company was established in 1921 by Kirkman O'Neal, and has evolved from a metal fabricator to a distributor of a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metal products, as well as a one-stop source for metal processing and manufacturing of various complex components. Originally focused on serving customers in the Southeastern United States, the company has grown exponentially through both expansion and acquisition, and now has more than 80 facilities and offices in North America, Europe, and Asia.[1]
