O. B. Philp
Colonel Owen Bartley (O.B.) Philp, DFC, CD was a Canadian air force officer who was instrumental in the formation of the Golden Centennaires aerobatic team, commanded the Golden Centennaires, and was founder of the Snowbirds aerobatic team.
