The OVW Tag Team Championship is the tag team titles of Ohio Valley Wrestling. Created in 1997, the first champions were Nick Dinsmore and Flash Flanagan.
The current champions are The Tag Buddies (Adam Revolver and Reverend Stuart Miles). They defeated Band of Brothaz (General Pope & Private Anthony) for the championships on February 10, 2016 at an OVW TV Tapings from Louisville, Kentucky.
