Oberoi Realty is a real estate developer based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.[4] It is led by Mr. Vikas Oberoi, CMD.[4] The company has developed over 39 projects at locations across Mumbai. Its main interest is in Residential, Office Space, Retail, Hospitality and Social Infrastructure properties in Mumbai.
Three Sixty West, the second tallest tower in India, is developed by Oberoi Realty.[5]
History
It was incorporated in early 1980 as Oberoi Constructions which later changed to Oberoi Realty Limited. It was listed on Bombay Stock Exchange in 2010.[6]
Vikas Oberoi
Vikas Oberoi is the Chairman and Managing Director of Oberoi Realty Ltd. An alumnus of Harvard Business School, he is involved in the formulation of corporate strategy and management and concentrates on the growth and diversification plans of the company.
He married Gayatri Joshi a Former Bollywood Actress in 2005 and has two sons. He owns a 4-seater Cirrus airplane, which he pilots.[7]
