Oecusse Airport
Oecusse Airport (Airoporto Palaban) (ICAO: WPOC) is located close to the village Palaban, in the suco of Costa, in the East Timorese exclave of Oecusse at 0 meters above sea level.
The unpaved runway is 2812 metres long. There are no buildings. There are plans to build up here an international airport for Oecusse. A provisional tower and a fence will be build in 2014 and the runway will be paved. The development of the airport carried out by Indonesian giant contractor PT Wijaya Karya and ISQ (Portugal) as project consultant.[1]
