Otjiwarongo Constituency is an electoral constituency in the Otjozondjupa Region of Namibia. It has 22,614 inhabitants[1] and consists of the town of Otjiwarongo and the surrounding rural area. In 2010, former Otjiwarongo mayor Otto Ipinge was elected to the Otjozondjupa Regional Council.[2]

The Okorusu Mine, located 48 km north of Otjiwarongo, is a well-known source of fluorite specimens for mineral collectors The mine is a potential resource for Rare earth elements. [3]
