The Old City Cemetery on Linwood Boulevard in Columbus, Georgia dates from 1828, when the town of Columbus was founded. It has also been known as Linwood Cemetery. It is a work of Edward Lloyd Thomas. It includes Egyptian Revival, Gothic and other architecture. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980; the listing included 28.7 acres (11.6 ha).[1]
