Joseph Oliver MacDonald (February 20, 1904 - April 14, 1973) was an American athlete, winner of gold medal in 4x400 m relay at the 1924 Summer Olympics.
At the Paris Olympics, Oliver MacDonald ran the third leg in the American 4x400 m relay team, which won the gold medal with a new world record of 3.16.0.
Oliver MacDonald graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1927. He died in Flemington, New Jersey.
