Onchidella celtica is a species of air-breathing sea slug, a shell-less marine pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Onchidiidae.[2]
The complete nucleotide sequence of the mitochondrial genome of Onchidella celtica has been available since 2008.[3]
Distribution
This species occurs locally on the East Atlantic coastline, from western Scotland, western England and the Channel Islands, south to Spain and the Azores, including:
Habitat
This air-breathing sea slug lives in the intertidal zone on rocky shorelines.
