Orchid Enclave is a pair of residential towers currently under construction in Mumbai, India. When completed, they would be the fourth tallest residential towers in India, standing with a height of 210 meters, surpassed by the Imperial Towers, Palais Royale and Lodha Bellissimo, all in Mumbai. Expected floor count is 47 floors, with five extra floors for parking. The construction is expected to be completed by 2012.
Features
The complex would have 3.4 acres (14,000 m2) of podium garden. There are five levels of car parking capable of holding 1000 cars at a time.
