Ørjan Nilsen (Norwegian pronunciation: [ˈø:ɾjan ˈni:lsɛn] (born 14 June 1982) is a Norwegian trance producer and DJ. His debut studio album In My Opinion was released in 2011, and his second studio album No Saint Out of Me was released in 2013. In his career Nilsen has among others working for his collaborations with Armin van Buuren, Cosmic Gate and Fingerling.

Career

In 2012, Nilsen placed at Number 32 for the DJ Mag Top 100 and was nominated for Best Breakthrough DJ by IDMA. Ørjan’s collaboration with the Dutch label Armada Music started with the track Red Woods, which was released in 2006 under his then alias DJ Governor. Over the years Ørjan found his groove, flashing samples of his huge potential with La Guitarra (2008), Lovers Lane (2010), and So Long Radio (2010). Ørjan went on to release his first solo album in 2011, In My Opinion, which stormed up sales charts and catapulted Ørjan onto the watch-list of every EDM-fan.
