Orkhan Mammadov (Azerbaijani: Orxan Neymətrəhim oğlu Məmmədov; born on 18 January 1985[1]) is an Azerbaijani football referee.

Aghayev became a FIFA referee in 2015.[2] He refereed at 2015–16 UEFA Europa League.[3]
