Orocrambus vittellus is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Doubleday in 1843.[1] It is found in New Zealand, where it has been recorded from the North and South Island, as well as the Stewart Islands. The habitat consists of grasslands.

The wingspan is 19-28 mm. Adults have been recorded on wing from November to April.[2]

The larvae feed on Agrostis tenuis and probably other grasses.[3]
