Oscar W. Rackle (November 28, 1882 – December 1970) was an American basketball player and coach. He played basketball at Brown University and also served as the head basketball coach there during the 1905-1906 season. He was the head coach for the Indiana Hoosiers men's basketball team in the 1910-1911 season, compiling a record of 11–5.
