Oscar Tietz

Oscar Tietz (April 18, 1858, Birnbaum/Warthe, Posen - January 17, 1923, Klosters) was a Jewish-German businessman (Unternehmer)

A nephew of Hermann Tietz, he joined his uncle's department store concern in Berlin.[1] The two became founders of the Hertie, KaDeWe.
