Osteocephalus cabrerai is a species of frog in the Hylidae family found in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
