Out in Front is a leadership development program centered in Seattle, Washington and targeted at developing the leadership skills of members of the Seattle area's LGBTQ community. Founded in 2008, with a pilot program graduating 16 individuals in 2009, Out in Front's stated mission is to:
Foster the development of effective, engaged, and passionate leaders in order to build a thriving lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community.[1]
