P. H. Paul Manoj Pandian is a politician and former Member of the Legislative Assembly. He was elected to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly as an Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate from Cheranmadevi constituency in 2001 election.[1]

Was Champion in Athletics in the events conducted by Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Egmore. Participated in several Inter School Athletics meets conducted by Government of Tamil Nadu.
Contribution to the Christian Community
Had been instrumental in obtaining affiliation for the B.ED., Colleges of the CSI Diocese of Tirunelveli and Nagerkoil from the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. Had been instrumental in the establishment of various churches in Cheranmahadevi Assembly Constituency. Had been instrumental for the development of various Christian Schools in Tirunelveli District and obtained funds for the development of the School through the member of Parliament Dr.P.H.Pandian from the year 1999 to 2004. Had been instrumental in the establishment of the Mano College which is a College of the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in Govindaperi Village which was a long pending request of the people of almost 50 village in and around Govindaperi Village, mainly Christians. Has sanctioned Rs.50.00 lakhs as a Member of Raiya Sabha for the construction of buildings for the Mano College in Govindaperi in the interest of the students.

Was the best outgoing student of Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School; was recommended for the Prime Minister's Gallantary award for saving the life of one Yogeshwaram; Joined the AIADMK Party in the year 1993; appointed as Joint Secretary, Advocates Wing of the AIADMK, 2000; appointed as Secretary, Advocates Wing of the AIADMK, 2006.
