P. S. Lathwal is a eminent professor of Law. He was previously worked with the Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak.[1] At present he is working with the University of Delhi[2] and he is distinguished visitor of various universities. He has participated in many seminars.[3] He has guided many Ph.D.'s.[4]
