Pablo Isla Álvarez de Tejera (born 22 January 1964) is a Spanish businessman who is the current Chairman and CEO of Inditex which is a large Spanish corporation and the world's largest fashion group.
He is graduate of Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and State lawyer. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Altadis and co-CEO was joint-president of this group from July 2000.
From 1992 to 1996 he was Director of Legal Services for Banco Popular Español. He went on to be appointed General Director of State Assets at the Ministry of Economy and Finances. In 1998, he rejoined Banco Popular Español as General Secretary, until he was appointed in the Altadis Group.
