Pacific Coast University (PCU), currently exclusively consisting of the Pacific Coast University School of Law, is a private, non-profit law school located in Long Beach, California, United States.
The sole program offered is a curriculum in Law, leading to the Juris Doctor degree and qualifying graduates to take the Bar examination of California.
Accreditation
The PCU School of Law was granted accreditation by the Committee of Bar Examiners[2] of the State Bar of California on September 25, 2010. It is not approved by the American Bar Association.[3]

A diploma from Pacific Coast University can be seen on the wall of Sam Spade's office, approximately two minutes into the film The Maltese Falcon.
