Pact of the catacombs

The Pact of the catacombs is a pact, signed in 1965 near the end of the Second Vatican Council, containing 13 points regarding the relationship of the Roman Catholic clergy to the poor.

Luigi Bettazzi is "the only surviving bishop of the original 40 who signed the pact" [1]
