Padma Ratna Tuladhar

Padma Ratna Tuladhar (Nepali: पद्मरत्न तुलाधर) is a former Nepalese politician[1] and currently a human rights activist. He resides in Kathmandu, Nepal. He played an instrumental role in bringing the Nepalese Maoists to mainstream politics.[2]
