Paio Pires de Guimarães (1100-?) was a Lord of Vizela and a medieval Knight of the County of Portugal.[1]
Biography
Paio Pires was the son of Pero Fromarigues de Guimarães and Sancha Afonso. His wife was Elvira Fernandes, daughter of Fernão Pires Tinhoso.[2] Paio and his wife were the parents of Pero Pires de Guimarães and Raimundo Pais de Riba de Vizela.[3]
