Pal-o-mine
Pal-O-Mine is a chocolate bar consisting of a peanut fudge middle covered in dark chocolate. The standard 55 gram package includes two pieces. It was been developed by Ganong chocolatier George Ensor in collaboration with Arthur Ganong in 1920,[1] and has been produced in New Brunswick, Canada ever since. Back in 1920, a candy maker produced a candy bar meant for two people when going fishing. Nearly 100 years later Pal-O-Mine is still a favourite for many people all over Canada.
