PalaRuffini or Palasport Ruffini, abbreviation for Palazzetto dello sport Parco Ruffini is an Indoor sport arena in Turin, Italy. The arena was opened in 1961 and has a current seating capacity for 4,500 people.[2] It hosted the latter stages of the 1979 European basketball championship[3][4] and the 1993 European cup final in which Aris Thessaloniki defeated Efes Pilsen 50-48.[2][5] On 17 September 2008 the Italian national basketball team played a Eurobasket qualification match against Bulgaria at the arena.[6]
