Palisades-Dows Observatory, also known as the Eastern Iowa Observatory and Learning Center (EIOLC), is an astronomical observatory owned and operated by the Cedar Amateur Astronomers (Inc). It is located 15 miles southeast of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA and was founded in 1987. It is named after the Palisades-Dows Preserve in which it is located.
