Panahon.TV (Walang Pinipiling Panahon ang Pagbibigay Inpormasyon) is a daily weather news program aired on People's Television Network, which airs from Monday to Sunday at 5:00 a.m. This is co-produced by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration PAGASA, together with Lina Group of Companies' communication arm, UBE Media, Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) and Air 21.

The program has also its express edition which airs from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding its reports on RadyoBisyon (6:00 a.m.), News @ 1, News @ 6 and NewsLife (9:15 p.m.). It has also special express editions which extend up to 12:00 midnight whenever there's a major weather disturbance like the program's special coverage on Typhoon Bopha (local name, "Pablo") which hit the southern parts of the country and Typhoon Haiyan (local name, "Yolanda"), one of the strongest storms ever recorded in the history.

Last February 9, 2013, the show started air its weekend edition which aired from 5:00 a.m. and express editions from 6:30 a.m. to 7:50pm, excluding its reports on The Weekend News at 6:00 p.m but the weekend updates finally cancelled their broadcast in the first quarter of 2014.

It is also have updated and real-time weather reports thru the Panahon.TV mobile application (Android and IOS) and published over major broadsheets Philippine Daily Inquirer, Inquirer Catalyst Media, Inquirer Golf, Manila Times, The Philippine Star, Manila Bulletin, BusinessWorld, Pilipino Mirror, BusinessMirror, Inquirer Libre, Inquirer Bandera, United Daily Press and United Daily News, heard on the radio via DWIZ 882 kHz and on DZIQ Radyo Inquirer 990 AM
