Pancha Kavyas
The following are the Telugu Pancha Kavyas, the five great books of Telugu Literature.
- Manu Charitha - Allasani Peddana[1]
- Panduranga Mahatyam - Tenali Ramakrishna
- Amuktyamalyada - Sri Krishnadevaraya
- Vasu Charitra - Rama Raja Bhushana. This work is composed in 1570 in the court of Vijayanagara ruler Tirumala Deva Raya. The real name of Rama Raja Bhushana is Bhattu Murti.[2]
- Vijaya Vilaasamu - Chemakura Venkata Kavi.[3] This work is a Prabandha written in the 17th century in the court of Tanjore ruler Ragunatha Nayak.[4]
