Pandit Nehru Bus Station (PNBS) is a bus station in Vijayawada.[1] The bus station is owned by Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. It was inaugurated on 23 September 1990 and was officially named as Telugu Satavahana Prayana Pranganam with its current name of Pandit Nehru Bus Station. This is one of the major bus station in Andhra Pradesh.

Structure and services

The Deccan Queen of the Nizam State Railways - Road Transport Division is one of the notable things at the bus station.[2]

The city is well connected to every other city and town in the state and also to other important cities of neighboring states as well. Major buses provide their services at the Vijayawada PNBS to all the cities and towns. There is a city bus terminus beside the bus station. Telugu Velugu, Deluxe, Express, Garuda, Garuda Plus, Indra, Super Luxury and Vennela are the fleet of buses in APSRTC. The new addition to it is the Amaravati.[1]
