Paragon Software Group (PSG) is a German software company that develops hard drive management tools, such as partition managers, boot managers, back up software and system duplication software. Paragon products are available in personal or corporate versions, for use on PCs, servers or networks.[2]

The company was established by a group of MIPT students in 1994. A separate mobile division, called the Smart Handheld Device Division or SHDD, was formed in 1995.
