Paraplatyptilia sahlbergi is a moth of the Pterophoridae family that is found in northern Russia (the South Siberian mountains)[2] and China.[3]
The wingspan is about 25 millimetres (0.98 in). The forewings are greyish-white and the hindwings are grey.[4]
