Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association (also known as PTV) is an educational institution in Vile Parle, Mumbai, India. It consists of five schools - the PTV English Medium School, the PTV Marathi Medium Secondary School, the PTV Marathi Medium Primary School, Parle Tilak Vidyalaya ICSE and Paranjape Vidyalaya.

The Marathi Medium School (then unified), was founded in 1921, as a tribute to Shri Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak. The English medium School was founded in 1982.

The Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association also constitutes a number of junior colleges mainly in Vile Parle, but also in Andheri and Mulund. The headmistress of the school is Mrs. Sadhana Sahastrabuddhe (English Medium) and Mrs. G. Karande (Marathi Medium).

The schools (both the English and Marathi medium) have produced merit list rankers in the State Secondary Board examinations year after year. The Marathi medium school takes part in examinations like NTS, MTS, and Homi Bhabha Young Scientist Examination.

This institute has produced some outstanding performers in various fields; from medicine to music,from civil services to defence services, from theatre to social reformers, writers to great teachers....the list is endless. Its students have shed their blood in defence of the Nation. Captain Makarand Ghanekar, Captain Vinayak Gore have made the supreme sacrifice. The school has amongst its alumni Chief of IAF (batch of 1964). At present, there are dozen plus students in the armed forces.
