Parnaibaia is a genus of coelacanth fish which lived during the Late Jurassic period. Fossils of Parnaibaia have been found in Pastos Bons Formation in Maranhao, Brazil. Parnaibaia was described for the first time by palaeontologist Yoshitaka Yabumoto in 2008.
