The Part Two (Part II) to the Constitution of Albania is the second of eighteen parts.[1] The name of the chapter is The Fundamental Human Rights and Freedom. It is divided into 6 parts that consists of 49 articles.[1] The parts are:

- Personal Rights and Freedom
- Political Rights and Freedoms
- Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and Freedoms
- Social Objectives
- People's Advocat
