Patent Resources Group
Patent Resources Group (PRG) is an Alexandria, Virginia based patent law education company, mainly dealing in Continuing Legal Education (CLE).[1] PRG courses are attended by approximately 3,000 professionals a year. PRG is a provider of on-site and home-study Patent Bar review courses.[2][3][4]
Notable events
- Founded in 1969 by Irving Kayton to offer publications and courses in all aspects of intellectual property.[5]
- Cited in the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences's October 30, 1986 decision of Nabial et al. v. May.[6]
- Selected by World Patent Information in 2009 as "a major resource for patent professionals to enhance their global knowledge of patent law." [7]
Faculty
PRG's faculty is mostly staffed by practicing lawyers at well known firms such as Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP; DLA Piper US LLP; Kenyon & Kenyon; Fish & Richardson P.C.; and Stoel Rives LLP among many others.[8][9][10][11][12]
