Pathrik Vesterholm (born January 6, 1992) is a Swedish ice hockey player. He is currently playing with Brynäs IF of the Swedish Hockey League (SHL). Vesterholm was selected by the Vancouver Canucks in the 6th round (180th overall) of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
Vesterholm made his Swedish Hockey League debut playing with Brynäs IF during the 2014–15 SHL season.[1] Pathrik's twin brother Ponthus is also a professional hockey player.
