Patricia Mary Byrne (June 1, 1925 – November 23, 2007), of Ohio, served as United States Ambassador to Burma from November 1979 to September 1983, and United States Ambassador to Mali from December 1976 to October 1979.

Life

She was born in Cleveland. She graduated from Vassar College, and the School of Advanced International Studies. She served in the Foreign Service from 1949 to 1989.[1]
