Pau Ribas Tossas (born March 2, 1987) is a Spanish professional basketball player who plays for FC Barcelona Lassa of the Liga ACB. Standing at 6 ft 5 in (1.96 m),[1] he primarily plays the shooting guard position. His father, Jordi Ribas, was also a professional basketball player.

Professional career

Ribas played with Prat, and then with the Spanish ACB League club Joventut Badalona, before joining the Spanish Euroleague club Caja Laboral in 2009.[2] In July 2012, he signed a three-year deal with Valencia Basket.[3] On July 23, 2015, he signed a three-year deal with FC Barcelona Lassa.[4]

Spanish national team

Ribas was a member of the Spanish junior national teams. He played at the 2005 FIBA Europe Under-18 Championship, and at the 2006 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship. He won the silver medal at the 2007 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship. He has also been a member of the senior men's Spanish national basketball team.
