Dr. rer. pol. Paul Fenn[Notes 1] (26 October 1891 – 10 November 1976) was a highly decorated Kapitän zur See (MA) in the Kriegsmarine during World War II. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership.
