Paul Watts
Paul Watts is an American entrepreneur, programmer, and social justice advocate.[1] He is known for being the Android developer of the popular Seattle mobile application One Bus Away.[2] Watts also co-founded and was the CEO of Gatherball, a Northwest travel and trip planning service.[3] He's spoken on pivoting in startups and startup culture.[4]
Social Activism
Watts has been a vocal advocate for women in computing, and created the Life In Code Kickstarter to tell the stories of women programmers. His purpose was to demystify the process for women joining the tech field, and to show some of the issues of discrimination faced by women in tech.[5]
