Pedro de Peralta (Spanish Count)
Pedro de Peralta y Ezpeleta was a 15th Century Spanish noble man and military leader involved in the Reconquista of Spain.
He was the 1st Count de Santisteban y Lerín and his wife was Isabelle de Grailly.
King Fernando the Catholic gave Tizona, the sword of El Cid, to Pedro de Peralta, for services rendered in the negotiations that led to his marriage with Isabel of Castile.
