Acquisitions
PMFG Inc., Parent company of Peerless Mfg. Co., has acquired 33 acres in Denton, Texas to build a new manufacturing facility.[2]
Peerless Europe Ltd., wholly owned subsidiary of PMFG. Inc., has acquired German licensee Burgess-Manning GmbH, based in Düsseldorf, for purchase price of $5.5 million.[3]
