Phryganopsis plumosa is a moth of the family Arctiidae. It is found in Congo, Malawi, Madagascar, South Africa,[1] Algeria.[2] and southern Spain.[3]
The holotype was collected in 1898 in the Bay of Antongil by A.Mocquerys.[4]
