Pendleton High School (PHS) is a public high school located in Pendleton, Oregon, United States. Pendleton photographer Walter S. Bowman photographed some of Pendleton High School's teams in the early 20th century.[2]
Academics
In 2008, 92% of the school's seniors received their high school diploma. Of 208 students, 192 graduated, 9 dropped out, 1 received a modified diploma, and 6 are still in high school.[3][4]
Notable alumni
- Bob Lilly, nicknamed "Mr. Cowboy", is a former defensive tackle for the Dallas Cowboys, photographer, and member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. [5]
- Dan Straily, starting pitcher for the Oakland Athletics (Grades 9-10).
