Penske Motor Group is an El Monte, California, U.S.–based, subsidiary of Penske Corporation, managed by Gregory Penske. The group operates five automobile dealerships in California: Longo Toyota, Longo Scion, Longo Lexus in the Greater Los Angeles Area and Lexus of Stevens Creek and RAB Motors in the San Francisco Bay Area. Penske Corporation is also the majority shareholder of the world's second-largest automotive retail group, the NYSE listed Penske Automotive Group.

Penske Motor Group's flagship dealership is Longo Toyota, the largest car dealership in the world at over 50 acres (200,000 m2).[1] Longo came in first on industry tracker Ward's Dealer Business' 2004 list of top-selling dealerships.[2] The dealership sold 20,320 new vehicles in 2005 (56 vehicles per day).[2] There are Starbucks and Subway establishments on the lot.

The group is the largest retailer of Toyota cars in the world, selling over 1.5 billion dollars' worth of Toyota products every year. Longo Toyota and Lexus make up the largest car dealership in the world, selling a car every 8 minutes.

Transparency

Service facilities feature windowed walls, so customers can view cars in service bays while they wait in the lounge areas. All sales personnel consult with guests at open desks, rather than within walled cubicles.
