Peter Augustine Blay

Lt. Gen. Peter Augustine Blay is a Ghanaian Military Officer and the immediate past Chief of Defence Staff of the Ghana Armed Forces. He handed over to Vice Admiral Matthew Quashie in March 2013.[1][2]
