Sir Peter Marcel Roth (born 19 December 1952), styled The Hon. Mr Roth, is a British High Court judge.
He was educated at St Paul's School, London, New College, Oxford, and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (LLM, 1977).[1]
He was called to the bar at Middle Temple in 1977 and made a bencher there in 2008. He was made a QC in 1997, deputy judge of the High Court from 2008-2009, and judge of the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) since 2009.
He was a Visiting Professor at King's College London from 2003 to 2009.
