Products
Petrosoft designs and markets several different software and hardware solutions for the fuel distribution, convenience store, foodservice, and retail industries, including:
- C-Store Office: a back-office software solution for single- and multi-store retailers. The software encompasses a virtual workspace where users can record, analyze, forecast inventory levels and sales, and manage trade promotions. Users can access business data from any Internet-enabled device, including mobile devices (via the C-Store Office Mobile App). The software is compatible with various accounting software packages, such as QuickBooks from Intuit, and leading POS systems offered by Verifone, Gilbarco Veeder-Root, and NCR.
- SmartPOS (100, 400, and 800): a touchscreen cloud-based point of sale (POS) system for integrating front office systems (FOS) with back office systems (BOS) at filling stations, fast food restaurants, retailers, and convenience stores. SmartPOS also features inventory management and optimization, automatic ordering, and price book control. The system was revealed at the 2014 National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) show.[2] Later in 2014, the company released a novel video journaling feature to simplify the recording and review of POS transactions.[3]
- Qwickserve: a software and hardware solution for quick service restaurants (QSRs) and other foodservice retailers. It lets businesses customize their menus, track orders, and monitor recipe costs. It also lets restaurant customers order and pay for food using a touchscreen interface at either a self-service kiosk or via a mobile app. The system can be set up to send text alerts when meals are ready for pickup.
- Fuel-Central: a cloud-based fuel management solution (integrated into C-Store Office) designed to automate fuel meter measurements and streamline fleet scheduling for fuel wholesalers, distributors, and jobbers. The software also features customer accounts management, accounts receivable management, and fuel inventory management/forecasting.
