Sibbesse is a village and a municipality in the district of Hildesheim, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated approximately 10 km south of Hildesheim.
Sibbesse is also the seat of the Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") Sibbesse, consisting of the villages of Sibbesse (the biggest), Möllensen (the smallest), Hönze and Petze. Each of the villages has its own history, coat of arms and sights.
